01. Information We Collect

We collect information to operate our games, secure our services, analyze performance, and provide a personalized experience—from you directly, automatically via your device, or from third-party partners.

Information You Provide

Account/profile (username, avatar, linked social accounts, country, timezone, language where applicable), customer support data (email, device details, screenshots/logs, issue description), and user-generated content (chat, in-game customizations, leaderboard names) where you submit it.

Information Collected Automatically

Device info (model, OS, language, time zone, GAID/IDFA, IP, network type), gameplay and usage (progress, session length, in-game interactions, rewards, purchases), logs and diagnostics (crashes, errors, performance), and advertising data (impressions, clicks, video views, conversions) from ad networks.

Information From Third Parties

Social login (profile name, picture, token/ID when you connect), analytics partners (e.g. Firebase, Appsflyer) for aggregated metrics, and advertising partners (e.g. Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta) for fraud detection and ad performance.

02. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store credit card or banking details. We may receive transaction ID, product ID, purchase status, country, and timestamp to deliver items, restore purchases, detect fraud, and provide billing support. Refunds follow Google/Apple policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

03. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: operate and improve the Services (gameplay, progress sync, customization, balancing); run analytics and research (bugs, performance, behavior, UI/UX); display and measure advertising (where allowed by law) with frequency capping; ensure security and prevent fraud/abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

04. Sharing Your Information

We may share data with: service providers (analytics, cloud hosting, crash reporting, support tools); advertising partners (device identifiers for ads, measurement, fraud detection); and when required by law (court orders, government requests, legal rights). In a sale, merger, or restructuring, user data may be transferred. We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense.

05. Children's Privacy

10. Push Notifications

If enabled, we may send game updates, event announcements, and limited-time offers. You can disable notifications in device settings anytime.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may link to third-party sites or integrate external SDKs. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy; the "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
